What it does
Reads the official GovInfo BILLSTATUS bulk data (Library of Congress and GPO) and returns one row per member of Congress per issue: bills sponsored and cosponsored, sponsored bills that advanced, bills enacted, furthest stage reached, last activity and a published activity score, with links to every evidence bill. House and Senate. Leave members empty to get the most active legislators on each issue. Neutral and nonpartisan: counts and links only.
