What it does
Returns each House member's roll-call votes from official House Clerk XML, with participation and party-agreement counts, party-break flags and neutral, cited position-change flags. Optional sponsored and cosponsored bills from the Congress.gov API using your own free key. House only.

Pricing
Pay per result on Apify: $2.0 per 1,000 votes. You pay only for the events listed below; there is no monthly subscription. A tiny Apify start fee of $0.0001 per run also applies.
