How to pull job postings from Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby job boards into one dataset
Thousands of companies host their careers page on an applicant tracking system with a public job-board API. Each ATS uses a different format. This guide shows how to get them all in one consistent table.
Steps
- Open ATS Jobs Feed on Apify.
- List companies, one per line, as a board URL (https://jobs.lever.co/spotify), an ats:slug (greenhouse:airbnb) or a company name.
- Optionally filter by keywords, locations, remote-only or seniority.
- Run it and export the dataset.
- For monitoring, turn on incremental mode: later runs only return new, changed and removed jobs.

Tips
- Board URLs are the most reliable input; bare names are looked up across all supported ATSs.
- Use the stable job id to deduplicate across runs.
- Salary appears only when the company publishes it.
Limits
Works only for companies on supported ATSs (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Recruitee, Personio, Teamtailor, Pinpoint, Polymer). Workday and LinkedIn are not covered.
