How to turn a list of company domains into business emails and phone numbers
Most CRM lists start with company domains. This guide shows how to enrich them with contact details found on the company's own public website, plus registry IDs.
Steps
- Open Company Contact & Enrichment on Apify.
- Paste company domains, one per line.
- Keep MX checks on so emails are on domains that can receive mail.
- Run it; each domain becomes one record with emails, phones, socials and identifiers.
- Use the confidence and source URL fields to review before outreach.

Tips
- Domains with no contacts found are free.
- Use a suppression list for domains you must not contact.
- Personal emails are off by default; keep them off unless you have a lawful basis.
Limits
Finds contacts the company publishes; it does not guess personal addresses. Follow GDPR and CAN-SPAM when using results.
